Please note: Due to the unique nature of furniture we believe that the best resource for questions and service is through your local, authorized Kincaid Furniture retailer. We encourage you to seek their assistance for product repair, service or replacement needs and we will work with them accordingly.
Please note that due to current staffing and supply-chain challenges, we are unable to provide service or support related to the following types of requests:
- Service, replacement parts, or detailed information on products that are no longer produced. This is due to changes in suppliers, supplier specifications, availability of certain materials, etc.
- We do not provide or estimate resale values or estimates of furniture costs of new or used furniture.
- Any inquiry that is not legible, suspicious, or viewed as a solicitation cannot be answered through this form.
